The Gujarat High Court on Monday rejected an application filed by the Railway Ministry, which sought vacation of the stay on the tabling of the Banerjee Commission report in Parliament.
A
division bench of Justice M S Shah and Justice S G Dave rejected the appeal of the Ministry and ordered that the report cannot be tabled in Parliament till final hearing of the matter is not concluded in April.
