TUJS founder moves to Congress

The Tripura Upajati Juba Samity, a party with a tribal base, suffered a jolt following the resignation of one of its founder leaders and former minister Drau Kumar Reang in Agartala on Monday night. Reang, in a statement, said he would join the Congress.

Reang also criticised the TUJS leadership for its ''ideological deviation'' and for ''running the party in the interest of a section of the leadership.''
