Bill Clinton [Images], who could return to the White House as the "First Spouse", has said he would do whatever he would be asked to do if his wife Hillary is elected as the President of the United States.

"If she is elected, I will do whatever I am asked to do," Clinton said delivering the inaugural keynote address at the India Today Conclave in New Delhi on Wednesday.

"I will not be able to be in the Cabinet, but would certainly do what I am asked to," he said adding that he hoped he could continue with the work of the Clinton Foundation.

Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are locked in a close contest for the nomination for being the Democratic Presidential nominee in the elections scheduled later this year.
