The five-year-old daughter of a Jawaharlal Nehru University employee has been sexually assaulted inside the campus.
The victim's father, Ram Chander, a grade IV employee, filed a complaint yesterday that his neighbour in the Paschimabad residential complex raped his daughter on Saturday, the police said.
The accused, a gardener identified as Hari Prasad Meena, has been arrested on the basis of the complaint.
The police is awaiting the victim's medical report.
