Don't speak to IAEA in Sept: Left to govt

The Left Front on Sunday evening said that its prime concern is that government should not proceed with negotiations on the safeguards agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency in September.

Meanwhile, the United Progressive Alliance allies also feel that a way out is possible in the stand-off, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee said.
