Indian student found dead in Sharjah

An Indian student was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Sharjah.

The body of Akash Anand, a class IX student of the Delhi [Images] Private School in Sharjah, was found in a pool of blood on Sunday near his apartment where he lived with his parents on the ninth floor in a posh area.

A family friend Rajan told Khaleej Times that the parents are in a state of shock and unable to figure out what could have caused the death of their only child.

The school principal, Abha Sehgal, expressed deep shock on learning about Akash's tragic death.
