The Delhi High Court, on Wednesday, rejected the anticipatory bail petition moved by Chandigarh-based Dr J S Bedi, who is charged for issuing false medical certificates to one of the accused in the Jessica Lal [Images] murder case.
Grant of bail at this juncture would seriously impede the investigations, which are at a crucial stage, Justice A K Sikri observed while dismissing the bail plea.
