Police said on being alerted by the Delhi Police, which kept strict surveillance on the website since the incident that created panic when the House was in session, a team of senior slueths Wednesday zeroed in on the cyber cafe from where the e-mail proclaiming 'Long Live Bin Laden' originated on December 19.
