I work as a labourer. I have never travelled outside my state before. This is the first time I have left home for such a long period. I miss my mother sometimes. But the people here are good. They talk nicely.

Since I am a labourer, I never received so much respect in my life. I am treated here like a hero. I never thought I would get to talk, play and interact with rich children. But here everybody is equal. It gives me satisfaction. I have seen all those places I had only seen on television. I will never forget this ever in my life.

As told to Ehtasham Khan
