Top JeM commander killed in Noida

A top commander of the Pakistan-backed terrorist outfit, Jaish-e-Mohammed, was killed in an encounter with a joint team of the Delhi police's Special Task Force and the Noida police in Noida in the wee hours on Wednesday.

Manjoor Dar alias Sirajudin Khan, JeM area commander of Baramulla district in Kashmir, was killed at around 2:30 am in Sector 34 of this satellite town, Superintendent of Police, Noida, Vijaya Bhushan Singh, told PTI.

An AK-47 rifle, two magazines, two hand grenades and a large quantity of ammunition were recovered from him.

Dar was riding a motorcycle from Delhi to Muradabad in Uttar Pradesh when he was intercepted.
