8 feared buried as Delhi building collapses June 28, 2003 17:58 IST Eight labourers were feared buried when a building that was being constructed in Turkman Gate area of Delhi collapsed on Saturday morning. Rescue operations are underway. About a month ago the police had notified the Municipal Corporation of Delhi that the construction of the building was illegal.
