Shall We Tell the PM?

Time magazine correspondent Alex Perry leaves the Foreigners Regional Registration Office in New Delhi on Friday, June 21, after explaining his possession of more than one passport. Perry wrote an article questioning Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's ability to control the nuclear button in view of his failing health, which got him into trouble with the authorities.
