Size Matters

Kulwant Singh, an official at the Indian High Commission in Islamabad, being taken to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi on Thursday, June 6. Singh, who worked in the embassy's administration section, was abducted last Saturday by Pakistani security personnel and beaten up severely before being expelled for spying.
