Taleban's fresh fatwah against Hindus

In yet another hardline action, the ruling Taleban in Afghanistan has issued a decree asking the Hindus in the country to identify themselves by wearing yellow clothes.

As per the latest decree, Hindus require to tie a piece of yellow cloth on their houses too and Hindus and Muslims cannot live in the same house, Star News said.

The decree has barred Hindus from constructing new places of worship and reconstructing those destroyed in the past.

Hindus and Sikhs constitute a tiny part of Afghanistan's religious minority and many of their establishments have been pulled down in the past. Some Hindus and Sikhs have fled the country.
