I hope one day the corruption in
India can stop. Everyone is so greedy.
It's sad to see that Indian's are
so well to do abroad as I am.
Being born and raised in Silicon Valley,
I really want to make a difference, yet
In India we still have so much
Inflation, red tape, bureacracy and corruption.
When will it all stop? obviously it does not happen
overnight but I believe that
we need strict law and order in India.
Imagine when Japan was bombed from the US
in Hiroshima. After that Japanese products
were literally garbage. But with the assistance
of the US it really became a powerhouse.
Japanese are well to do now as you know and see.
So why can't we change? I know change is hard but
someone needs to lead it. NO offense to you but
we need visionary thinkers? not people who
just want to come in to a government job just to fill
their pockets.
It is so sad that lallu prasads wife is running bihar? I mean literall
that like telling her to
run the country? you wouldn't want that to happen?
How do these kind of people get elected?
a blanket and a bottle of whiskey?
I feel India can prosper as Indians have proven
themselves here in Silicon Valley.
With being the #1 software guru's in the world and the demand
for the pool of Indian workers I feel that India could be the next
Japan. We can do it but it will required discipline and
change. Obvioisly it takes a generation or two
to do this but we need to start now. I am willing to help
but what can I do? I am a business owner here in Silicon Valley and
do find a shortage of people as most dumb Americans don't want to study.
Most people I end hiring are Indian or Chinese.
Do you know that if you took out all of the Indians in Silicon Valley that
it would collapse? Their are about 750 Indian owned startup
companies right now.
I don't know if you would get this and if you would repond to it or not but
please read it that is all I ask.
I have been born and raised here in Silicon Valley all my life.
i have visited Indian many many times yet the change comes in so slowly.
I want to help drive the change If i can. I know we can do it.
India has the best chance at becoming a global superpower. What can't we
do? Supercomputers, software. We are Rajah's in that.
Nuclear arms also.
I say lets push the country in getting solar energy
to fix the electricity problem, build high speed fiber obtics
internet backbones, go wireless in rural areas and push the country
for change. Education can come I am willing to educate People
Our countries goal should be to educate everyone,
and make everyone prosper, not cheat the government
and fill ones pocket. What will it take? I have spoken to so many
people my age 32 younger and older and we feel the same. Everyone wants to
help but, how and when?
their are people who are willing to cheat and steal
rob others all for what? to fill their stomachs.
If we can solve that problem by giving them computer education,
we they will do well automatically over time by having opportunity.
I hope you see what my point is. I know i have said a lot but and Indian like
me does not get to write to the PM of such a great country like India.
One last thing, in America everything from Nike shoes, clothes to TV's are made in
China!! India needs to open the doors and make it really
easy without any bribes so that foreign companies can come in and bring manufacturing to India
on a large scale.
