Pak seeks Nepal hijack probe report

E-Mail this report to a friend

Pakistan has requested Nepal to share with it the findings of the inquiry into the hijacking of Indian Airlines flight IC-814 which had originated from Kathmandu.

In a statement yesterday, a foreign office spokesman said that the report would hopefully provide clues towards fixing responsibility for the act.

The Nepalese ambassador to Pakistan was summoned to the foreign office to receive the request for communication to his government, the spokesman added.
