Militants attack police station in Srinagar

Militants attacked the heavily guarded police station in Safakadal, Srinagar this evening.

Police sources said the assault rifle-wielding militants sprayed bullets on the police station building in the Old City.

The injured policemen have been rushed to hospital, reports said. Further details are awaited.
