Flt Lt Nachiketa to arrive today

Flight Lieutenant K Nachiketa, the pilot who was in Pakistani captivity for eight days, is returning to Delhi later today via the Wagah border, Indian Air Force officials said.

The MiG-27 fighter pilot would be received at the Wagah border by IAF officials and then brought to New Delhi by a special IAF plane late this evening.

The pilot's parents have been brought to the capital from the Adampur airbase so that they could receive him.

According to the latest information, he would be driven to the Wagah border and then an IAF plane would take him to Delhi by 2100 hours.
