Karnataka minister resignsKarnataka minister of state for labour B Satyanarayana today resigned from the J H Patel ministry, alleging that his rivals in Sira had indulged in politics of violence and demanded a judicial probe into the incidents in which five people including a circle inspector of police were killed. Talking to newsmen in Bangalore, he blamed local leaders of the Congress and Lok Shakti for the incident and announced that he did not want to continue in politics under such circumstances. He put in his papers and surrendered all facilities extended to him as a minister. UNI
