BJP parliamentary board to meet on Sunday

The Bharatiya Janata Party's parliamentary board will meet on Sunday to review the party's performance in the assembly elections on November 25.

The BJP's apex decision-making body will also decide on the observers to be sent for the election of the leaders of the legislature parties in Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.

The meeting, to be chaired by president Shashikant 'Kushabhau' Thakre, will be attended, among others, by Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Home Minister Lal Kishenchand Advani, and Human Resource Development Minister Murli Manohar Joshi, BJP general secretary M Venkaiah Naidu said.

The BJP's parliamentary party executive will also meet on Sunday morning to prepare for the winter session of Parliament beginning on Monday.
