'Sanjay Dutt's best is yet to come'

It was an emotional moment for Sanjay Dutt, his family and friends as he went back to jail to serve the remainder of a five-year sentence in connection with the Mumbai 1993 blasts, 20 years ago. Several of his friends and colleagues took to Twitter to expresses their thoughts:

Mahesh Bhatt: 'Hello Loneliness: Sanjay Dutt bids goodbye to a friend & as promised gets ready to face his jail term with dignity,' Bhatt posted with the picture. 

Mubina Rattonsey: 'My friend surrendered today..I wish him strength n I wish him peace. And I'm proud that I have him for a friend. Lots of love @duttsanjay'

Ranvir Shorey: 'Despite the man and his offences, it's heartbreaking to see the Dutt scion behind bars. Can't help agree that his best is yet to come.'

Raj Kundra: 'Am speechless 2day @duttsanjay has surrendered and many things have been said on cricket, IPL etc been a long day with much to deal with.'

Bollywood stars turned to Twitter to wish luck to the Aurangzeb team. The film releases today, May 17.

Amitabh Bachchan, who attended the 66th Cannes Film Festival wearing some bizarre jackets, returns to Mumbai today.

'The dream run at Cannes is over .. back tomorrow..film has succeeded..it overtook Ironman in todays collection.. studio overjoyed !' he tweeted.

Meanwhile, actor Prosenjit Chatterjee, who represented Bengali cinema at Cannes, thanked his fans.

Randeep Hooda and Alia Bhatt have completed shooting for Imtiaz Ali's forthcoming film Highway.

Hooda tweeted: 'It's a wrap for me on Highway. An exhausting deep journey of love. Made possible by IMTIAZ,Anil Mehta, Aki Narula & the rest of the crew. And ofcourse made more beautiful by @aliaa08.
