After the actors, it's the turn of Bollywood heroines to show what they have up their sleeves for this year.

Kareena Kapoor may be the reigning queen now but several big banner films starring many of her contemporaries indicate that we could have a new numero uno this year.

Here's looking at the top actresses and what movies we will see them in this year.

Click through the slide show and vote for the actress YOU think will stand out this year!

Kareena Kapoor

This Kapoor girl had the best year of her career in 2011 with the two big releases -- Bodyguard and Ra.One

While she's already clocked in one point with Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu's success and a rather tepid Agent Vinod, we'll see her in Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine and Aamir Khan-starrer Talaash this year.

She's also doing cameos in Dabangg 2 and Rowdy Rathore, we hear.

Sonakshi Sinha

Sonakshi Sinha, whose first and the only film Dabangg released in 2010, will be seen in as many as five films this year.

There's Rowdy Rathore, Lootera, Joker, Dabangg 2 and Son Of Sardar where she'll be seen sharing screen space with different leading men.

Priyanka Chopra

Actress Anushka Sharma is a part of two of the most exciting projects of the year.

While she stars alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in Yash Chopra's yet-untitled film, she will be seen opposite Imran Khan for the first time in Vishal Bhardwaj's Matru Ki Bijli Ka Mandola.

Katrina Kaif
