Veteran Bengali actor Soumitra Chatterjee has worked in some brilliant films in his long career.
From his works with Satyajit Ray -- Apur Sansar, Devi, Charulata, Ghaire Baire, Sonar Kella and many more -- to his films with other greats -- Mrinal Sen's Punascha, Tapan Sinha's Jhinder Bondi, Asit Sen's Agun and many more -- Soumitra Chatterjee has never ceased to showcase his brilliance.
The 77-year-old actor has been awarded the Dadasaheb Phalke award, and he certainly deserves it.
