The top 10 includes films of varied genres and stars, films that set the cash registers ringing throughout the year and earned their producer, stars millions.

The Brad Pitt starrer British-American apocalyptic thriller film, directed by Marc Forster, raked in over $540 million at the box office and rounds off the top 10.
