We continue our series celebrating the life and melodies of Lata Mangeshkar who turns 80 on September 28 with this number sung by one of Bollywood's hottest singers today, Sunidhi Chauhan.
Sunidhi salutes Lataji with Aaj Socha Tho Aansoo Bhar Aaye from Chetan Anand's Hanste Zakhm.
It's always a pleasure to meet Lataji, she tells rediff.com's Nithya Ramani.
"I don't get to meet her often," says Sunidhi, "but I am always amazed and surprised when I meet her."
"I really worship her. I still cannot believe it's so easy to meet her. She likes me and my songs."
