Singer-songwriter Mariah Carey performs onstage during BET Honors 2014 at Warner Theatre in Washington over the weekend.

The songstress sizzled in a very low cut gown as she performed at the annual do.

The 43-year-old wore a black hip hugging dress that seemed reminiscent of Jessica Rabbit, Fox News reported.

The show that honors African-American achievements in music, literature, entertainment, education and other disciplines, also had performances by Jennifer Hudson and Smokey Robinson.
