Prithviraj in Mohanlal's Loham?

A lowdown on what's going on in the Malayalam film industry.

 

Rumor mills are rife that Prithviraj will share the screen with Mohanlal in director Ranjith’s Loham.

The young actor makes a brief appearance in the film in which Mohanlal plays the lead role. According to sources, Prithviraj plays a cop in Loham. 

The two actors have never appeared in a film together.

Earlier the two actors had come close to working with each other in Lal Jose's film titled Cousins, but it never materalised.

Kunchacko Boban to play a double role

 

In the forthcoming release Chirakodinja Kinavukal, actor Kunchacko Boban plays a tailor in love with a girl named Sumathi.

Her father wants to marry her off to a guy working in the Gulf. Obviously he is the villain in the story.

Kunchacko plays the baddie as well. To add to the effect, Kunchacko wears dark make-up.

Santhosh Viswanath is directing Chirakodinja Kinavukal.

Rima Kallingal plays the heroine.

Malayalm actress Urvashi found drunk at an event

 

Malayalam actress Urvashi, who has played several outstanding characters on screen, was allegedly drunk at a public function in Thiruvananthapuram.

She was totally sloshed and nobody understood what she was saying.  

Urvashi created a scene outside the auditorium as well. After much drama, she was taken away from the venue.
