The 16th Indian Television Academy Awards were held in Mumbai over the weekend and it saw quite a starry turnout.

Let's take a look.

Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki actress Rubina Dilaik makes a stunning appearance in this blue sequined tube top and green skirt.
