Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has released a picture from his next film, Bombay Velvet.

He shared a teaser poster (left) and wrote: 'Give it up for the Big Shot of #BombayVelvet Johnny Balraj. First look out tomorrow.' 

The film, which is based on Gyan Prakash's book Mumbai Fables, stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Karan Johar, and Kay Kay Menon. It is scheduled to release on May 15.



It's a wrap for Hamari Adhuri Kahani

The shooting for Mahesh Bhatt's Hamari Adhuri Kahani is over.

Director Mohit Suri tweeted: '#HAK film shooting wrapped !! Thank you @MaheshNBhatt Bhatt saab and Mukeshji for this film. It's been so special.'

Written by Mahesh Bhatt and Shagufta Rafiq, the romantic film stars Emraan Hashmi, Vidya Balan, and Rajkummar Rao. It is expected to release on June 12. 



Hrithik Roshan, Ashutosh Gowariker shoot for Mohenjo Daro

Hrithik Roshan has started shooting for Ashutosh Gowariker's period film Mohenjo Daro in Bhuj, Gujarat.

Photographer Avinash Gowariker shared a picture from the sets (above) and wrote: 'Shooting begins! I'm Excited!'

The love story, will be set in the Indus Valley Civilization, will also feature debutante Pooja Hegde. Mohenjo Daro will release in 2016.


Amitabh Bachchan in a British reality show

Amitabh Bachchan, who is currently in London to promote his upcoming film Shamitabh, recently visited the sets of British reality show Desi Rascals

'A gruelling day at promotional work in London .. and a wonderful finish to the day at Bloomsbury Theatre, and Desi Rascals ..!!' Bachchan posted.

Producer Gurinder Chadha wrote: 'So many texts and tweets from so many enjoying @DesiRascals, I can't believe today is only episode 3! Let's come up with more tv ideas 4 us.'


Shraddha Kapoor praises Kangana Ranaut

After Deepika Padukone, it's actress Shraddha Kapoor to publicly praise Kangana Ranaut for her performance in Queen.

'Did I mention that I absolutely LOVED Kangana in Queen? Pure talent personified. Looking forward to her upcoming films!' Kapoor tweeted.

She later shared a picture of them together (above) and wrote: 'So happy I could tell her how much I loved her performance. Afterall, the biggest award you can get is from your fans.'

Aishwarya to shoot for Jazbaa from February 3

After a script-reading session with the cast, Sanjay Gupta has started shooting for his film Jazbaa. Aishwarya will join the shoot on February 3. 

'For all ARB fans. She is not shooting today. She joins from the 3rd. Today we start with the powerhouse talent @irrfan_k,' Gupta posted.

The action film will also feature Shabana Azmi, Anupam Kher, Manoj Bajpayee, Atul Kulkarni, Chandan Roy Sanyal and Siddhanth Kapoor.
