'I don't intend to scare anyone with this film'

Does that mean till he moved into the house, his life was plain and unexciting, and then suddenly, strange things started happening?

Absolutely right. He is Manohar, a civil engineer working in a construction company, leading a very routine and ordinary life. He lives in a joint family comprising of his parents, brother and his family. He and his brother [newcomer Sanjay] decide to buy a big flat when they find that the banks are ready to give out loans. It is their dream to move up the ladder.

Is it a suspense thriller?

It is a very pleasant suspense thriller because I don't intend to scare anyone with this film.

Is it like Ram Gopal Varma's Bhoot?

Not at all. In my film, like the title says, all are fine. No one gets injured, there are no fights.
