Talking about the competition Mahrru, who play the saas in Doli... said, "Barkha is a fantastic dancer. Her posture, expression and timing is perfect. It's a huge challenge for me. These kinds of shows do not happen everyday so I took up it up. I love to see how far I can push myself and yes I am trying my best."

Barkha said, "Seniors v/s juniors is an interesting and exciting concept. As a viewer I would love to watch this show and as a contestant I love the challenge."

"No matter what people say about me being a good dancer, I practice two hours every day. Every time I go onstage I get butterflies in my stomach.

Asked if she got any compliments from the judges, Barkha said, "I have got good comments for being technically a good dancer and for my fitness."
