Kishori said, "The reason I have taken part in this show is because I love dancing and want to explore myself as a dancer. I never got an opportunity to dance in a reality show. I couldn't do Nach Baliye and two other shows because of my other shows. I was offered Bigg Boss but had to refuse that too because my son doesn't want me to there. After dancing in this show I have realised that I love dancing more than acting.

Talking about her onscreen bahu Keerti said, "I am at par with my onscreen bahu so there will be a tough competition between us.

Kishori is also producing a Hindi film on Shirdi Sai Baba with her director husband Deepak Balraj Viz. "Smiriti Irani is a part of this film. This will be her first Hindi film. She is the narrator and witness for the whole story of Sai Baba who lived in Dwarakmai (a place where Sai Baba lived). Jackie Shroff plays Sai Baba."
