Ringo Lam's City On Fire is a Hong Kong gangster film that climaxes in a warehouse.

QT took the last scene and wrote an entire script set in the warehouse. That's inspiration for me. The fun of Dogs is the terrific dialogue, interrupted by short bursts of action.

True Romance, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Kill Bill -- this filmmaker is having fun, and that's the only reason to make movies.
