Do choreographers make good directors?

Some choreographers have made fine directors.

From Prabhudeva who made the Telugu hit Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana to Farah Khan, who directed Shah Rukh Khan [Images] in the entertaining Main Hoon Na, choreographers have largely tasted success.

And more and more choreographers are donning the director's hat -- the latest being Ganesh Acharya, whose maiden directorial venture Swami will be out this Friday.
