PM expresses shock at Rajkumar's demise

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, on Wednesday, expressed shock and grief over the passing away of Kannada thespian Rajkumar. Hesaid Indian cinema has lost a distinguished actor whose achievements will be remembered for long.

In a message, Dr Singh described the famous actor as a versatile personality who enthralled the nation with his histrionic talents and his mellifluous voice over the past five decades or more. He conveyed his condolences to members of Rajkumar's family.

I cant understand what these politicians are shocked about when someone as old as Rajkumar passes away.They are never shocke when children in villages die ...

Non sense. Did the PM think that Rajkumar was immortal. There is no need to be shocked.
