Among the first to arrive was Malayalam heroine of yesteryears Sheela (centre), who plays a major role in Chandramukhi.

Sheela became a cult screen figure with her role as Karuthamma in Ramu Kariat's Chemmeen. The late Prem Nazir and she costarred in a record 107 films!

After a gap of about three decades, she made a comeback last year with Satyan Anthikad's Manassinakkare. In a bright red sari at the music launch, she still looked striking.

The scene stealer, however, was Rajni's young heroine, Nayantara (right), also dressed in a bright red sari.

Rajnikanth's newlywed daughter Aishwarya arrived sans her husband, the young actor Dhanush. She was followed by her mother Latha and sister Soundarya.
