Barjatya's fetish for casting pets in his films continues. While MPK featured a pigeon with a song, Kabootar ja ja, HAHK boasted of Tuffy, a cute white Pomeranian.


 

Making up for the lack of pets in Hum Saath Saath Hai, MPKDH features not one but two -- a dog and a parrot.

Cast as Sanjana's (Kareena Kapoor) pets -- Johny the dog and Raja the parrot -- play key roles in the film.
