MPKDH is rumoured to be a remake of an earlier Rajshri film, filmmaker Basu Chatterjee's Chitchor (Amol Palekar, Zarina Wahab, Vijayendra Ghatge) in a urban set-up.


 

Interestingly, Hum Aapke Hain Koun..! too was a rehash of another Rajshri film, Nadiya Ke Paar (Sachin, Sadhana Singh).

Whether it is true or not, though, is something you can find out only after the movie's release on June 27.
