Bhishm Sahni passes away

Noted Hindi novelist Bhishm Sahni passed away Friday following a massive stroke. He was 84.

Sources at the Escorts Hospital, Delhi, where he was admitted, said the end came at 1900 hours after he suffered a
'massive cerebral infraction'.

Author of several novels, including the famous Tamas, the octogenarian literary figure was admitted to the Institute Thursday after suffering a massive stroke.
