Fiza and the art of publicity

Komal Nahta

Talk about publicity gimmicks!

Shringar Films, the Bombay distributors of Fiza have hit upon two musical ideas to promote the film.

The first is a six-track stereophonic sound medley of four songs from Fiza. This 10-minute medley will be played at all cinemas screening Fiza.

The second is an edited version of the much-adoed taandav music which will be played before the film starts at every show. On screen, this will last for four-and-a-half minutes.
