Thermax Ltd has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong named Thermax Hong Kong Ltd to exploit business opportunities in the Asia Pacific region.
The subsidiary would particularly pursue business opportunities in China for absorption chillers, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday.
