Tagore's works still go places

Tagore's literature and music are still widely accepted by people across the world. Be it music or literature, the grand old man remains one of the key figures in India's list of export to the United States, Europe, Africa and numerous South Asian countries.
Through Spanish translations of his works, Tagore had an indelible impact on leading figures of Spanish literature, including Chileans Pablo Neruda and Gabriela Mistral, Mexican writer Octavio Paz, and Spaniards Jose Ortega y Gasset, Zenobia Camprubi, and Juan Ramon Jimenez.
Between 1914 and 1922, the Jimenez-Camprubi spouses translated over 22 of Tagore's books from English into Spanish.
