Can India sustain 9% growth? Tell us!

The Planning Commission, in its approach paper to the 11th Plan (2007-12), has set an average growth target of nine per cent. In the first half of the current fiscal, India's GDP grew by 9.1 per cent.

But rating agencies think capacity bottlenecks will hamper India's growth and it will not be able to maintain its growth momentum of nine per cent.

Do you think despite odds, India will continue to grow? If yes, what according to you are the areas that will help India surpass nine per cent growth.

Or do you fear that it was just a fluke and India won't be able to repeat the same? What do you think could go wrong?
