Four people died and some others were injured when a fire broke out in a pipeline of Essar's Vadinar oil terminal near its refinery in Jamnagar district in the early hours on Thursday, official sources said. The fire broke out in the pig-launching station at Vadinar. The fire has been put out and it has not affected the functioning of the refinery, the sources added.
