Low-cost carrier Simplifly Deccan will now deliver tickets directly at the doorstep of passengers to boost its reach.Deccan on Wednesday announced its latest service/distribution initiative in association with Express IT, a customer management logistics provider, to deliver tickets to its passengers.
"The tie-up with Express IT will enable easy door delivery and cash pickup for passengers booking through our call centre. Through this service, we are looking at increasing the range and breadth of our market penetration," Simplifly Deccan's officiating CEO Ramki Sundaram said in a release.
Door delivery service can be availed by passengers booking through the 24/7 all-India Deccan call centre, the release stated.
Tickets delivery service could be availed in all the 65 destinations that Deccan flies to, it added.
