Aztec Software and Technology Services Ltd has adopted a new brand identity, Aztecsoft, for all its products and services.
Aztecsoft will now become the master brand-of the company and all its services would be branded by this name, starting immediately, Aztec today informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
"Our new brand strategy makes it easier for our clients and prospective employees to interact seamlessly with us," Aztecsoft CEO V Chandrasekharan said.
The colours of the logo would be same as earlier, with black signifying reliability and integrity and red signifying innovation, energy, enthusiasm and the spirit of pioneers, it added.
The new brand would reflect its business more intuitively and would be a unique identity. The new brand entity completes the brand consolidation and integration of products from Disha Technologies, which was acquired by the company in 2004.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 169.20, up 0.53 per cent at the BSE.
