The scrip of Sasken Communications, a telecom research and development company, on Friday opened at Rs 400 per share at a premium to the issue price of Rs 260 at listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd.
The stock, which hit a high of Rs 575 per share and a low of Rs 400 per share in early morning deals, is currently trading at Rs 510 per share.
The 100 per cent book-built issue, which opened for bidding on August 11, 2005 and closed on August 17 had a price band of Rs 230-260 share and was subscribed 70.84 times.
Enam Financial Consultants was the lead manager to the issue.
