Jet Q2 net rises to Rs 68.59 crore

Jet Airways India on Saturday reported a 11.4 per cent decline in net profit at Rs 68.59 crore (Rs 685.9 million) for the second quarter September 30, 2005 as against Rs 77.42 crore (Rs 774.2 million) in the quarter ended September 30, 2004.

According to a release issued by Jet Airways India to the Bombay Stock Exchange on Saturday, total income increased 27.73 per cent to Rs 1,324.24 crore (Rs 13.24 billion) in Q2 FY06 from Rs 1,036.74 crore (Rs 10.36 billion) in Q2 FY05.
