Hero Honda Motors is planning to enter the scooter market with its first launch slated for year-end.
"Initially, Hero Honda would produce relatively low volumes with the price point below Rs 40,000," Atul Sobti, executive director (business operations) of Hero Honda, said on Wednesday.
