Bajaj Tempo Ltd has approved change in the name of the company to 'Force Motors Ltd'.

The extra ordinary general meeting held on April 5 passed the ordinary resolution regarding change in the name of the company with majority, Bajaj Tempo informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday.
